Our Mission
At the family run Dog Den, we are dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for your furry friends. Our mission is to ensure every dog feels at home while enjoying a fun-filled day of play and socialisation. Plenty of rest and enrichment activities will ensure your doggo has THE best day!
We are so lucky to have the facilities on site, this ensures no doggo’s time is wasted in a van and that we only see the doggos thay are here!
we carefully select the doggos into smaller groups of like minded furiends to ensure equal play and comfortable resting times!

Who are we?
Jayne and Carly a mother/daughter combo!
We are highly experienced dog lovers!
We have multiple qualifications in dog care and canine first aid. We have ran licensed homeboarding and doggy daycare for the last 11 years! We are also fully licensed breeders of mini dachshunds.
Before The Holidog Inn, we ran a hugely successful young horse producing operation.
We have a small group of lovely people lined up to join our team who share our passion of dogs!
Onsite Outdoor Play facilities.
We are set in 10 acres of private land.
This includes the following multiple fully secure areas:
- 2 huge enclosed and fully secure paddocks for playtimes.
- 1200 sqm all weather arena.
- 600sqm hardstanding area. This means dogs can play outside all weathers!
- Coming soon: adventure playground!
Luxurious and homely rest zones
Fully furnished cosy zones for rest times or indoor play.
We have multiple areas for doggos to be with same sized furiends with similar energy levels!
A special zone for puppies under 1 to ensure adequate rest times.
Further zones for older dogs or doggos that prefer a more chilled day.
All areas are fully heated and have air conditioning.
General Info
- We take small-medium size breeds. Think Cockapoo/ cavapoo/ spaniel/ dachshunds/ pugs etc. If you’re not sure, please drop us a message!
- All dogs must be fully vaccinated. Kennel cough vaccine is optional but requires 2 weeks absence after having the vaccine. Doggos must also be up to date with flea and worm treatments.
- Puppies can start from 15 weeks. Special puppy plans in place!
- Males must be neutered after 1years old (this is at our discretion, as we follow breed standard guidelines for dachshunds and certain veterinary advice for nervous dogs) Bitches can not come in season, they must take time off.
- Spaces can be reserved weekly or fortnighly as required.
- We also offer ad hoc sessions subject to availability.
Pricing and Timings!
- Full day: Between 7.45am and 5.30pm. Until 4.30pm on Fridays. Weekly sessions: £30 1 dog, £55 two dogs.
- Ad hoc daycare: £35 one dog, £60 two dogs.
- Trial daycare: Between 9am and 4pm: £25
Coming soon: Half day daycare (between 7.45am and 1pm) : £20
Drop off is between 7.45am and 9.30am and collection from 4pm. This is to ensure the daily routine can be followed for a harmonious day!
